The Project:

The Client wanted to improve their business operations, create client leads, redesign their website and they needed print materials to be designed.

The Approach:

For this client, we used our law firm marketing services to help them improve their business functionality and gain new customers. We started by revamping their website to improve usability for both clients and employees, integrating various forms into their website so that clients could easily access these documents.  We then implemented systems on the back-end of their site that made it possible for forms to be sent directly to the department they were supposed to reach; this greatly improved the day-to-day operations for their employees. Through this new online structure, we were able to identify what market of people they should target (existing customers vs. new customers). We also designed a new, fresh logo that was easily recognizable; this helped to bring awareness to the company in their target market. We were able to create a successful print mailer campaign where we reached out to local attorneys, informing them of our services.
