The Company:
English Tutors Live (ETL) is an online platform that connects people who want to learn English with tutors. Once the student and tutor have been connected their sessions are conducted through telephone conversations or Skype. Their platform makes it convenient for both the student and the tutor, with no need to commute to a classroom and they both get to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Their classes are short but intensive 25 minute sessions that cut out time-wasting activities that are normally performed in a more traditional classroom setting.

The Project:
ETL was looking to build their brand and online presence, as well as increasing sales and creating a more user-friendly website.
The Approach:
Because of their unique business platform, ETL could be used around the world and therefore we determined that we must make our campaign global, using worldwide marketing techniques. We designed and launched a user-friendly and effective website that included original content, as well as video animation that clearly explained their business model and how it can be beneficial to both the tutors and the students. This, along with an effective logo we designed, helped to build the brand and bring awareness to the company. We connected them with underprivileged schools and students where traditional classroom settings were unavailable due to location or lack of funds; this created a good image for the brand, showing that they give back to the community. Through marketing research, we were able to identify what people are looking for in a tutor and what will cause them to purchase the service. Other services included:
• Creating and running their social media pages to build an online visibility and generate client leads
• Creating YouTube videos which drove traffic and brought brand visibility
